• Product Manager: $4,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• Data Analyst: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

While the focus is on tech/product roles, Lifeway Mobility also encourages referrals for other positions within the company. The referral bonuses for these roles are as follows:

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time Lifeway Mobility employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
2. Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and a brief endorsement.
3. Bonus Conditions: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is given after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment. The second half is paid after six months of employment.
